Background

Nicola commenced as a receptionist with Love & Wallace (now know as Robson Partners) straight from school, quickly moving into a trainee accountant role, and then a Client Service Manager, looking after a diverse range of SME clients, becoming a Partner in 2001.

Nicola has worked continuously in the accounting profession and has strong experience in practical issues faced by businesses today as well as extensive skills in all areas of business management.

Nicola realised that her strength was management, and progressed to CEO of the business, with particular interest in HR and leadership.
