Having worked within Customer Service roles over the last 20 years, my focus is to provide quality service to customers. I find it extremely rewarding to be able to assist clients with their needs, wants and goals, by the implementation of successful strategies.
I really enjoy a challenge, which I approach with my problem solving skills, persistence and high drive. Outside of work I like to spend time with my family and friends, travelling, camping/bushwalking, renovating, fundraising and reading.
Background
Melinda holds over 20 years commercial experience, predominately within the private sector in customer relationship and project management roles. She joined Robson Partners in 2004 in the Financial Services Team and in 2007 ventured on maternity leave. Since returning in 2008 she has joined the Operations Team as HR and Projects Director, driving both internal and client related processes and projects.
