Our History

Background

Robson Partners Pty Ltd had its origins in 1988, when David Robson, then a Partner with a mid tier firm called Love & Wallace, acquired the interests of his Partners in the Practice known as Love & Wallace, Gosford.

At the time a small parcel of fees were acquired and serviced with two (2) key staff members David Evers and Nicola Robson.

Both David Evers and Nicola Robson worked in Sydney for a brief period of time before returning to the practice in 2000, whereupon the Business was known as Robson and Company.  It changed its name to Robson Consulting Group (1 January 2000) now know as Robson Partners Pty Ltd, when David Evers returned bringing with him a parcel of clients.

Achievements

Starting our Financial Services division from “scratch” in 2002, to being in the top 50 in 2007 (5 years), and building that division to the point where it is central to the way we do business.

Developing professional consulting skills that are well regarded, including both Directors obtaining Adviser Grade 3 status for Financial Planning and specialist designation with ICA as Financial Planners.

Successfully incorporating the clients from three (3) retiring partners in a controlled, structured and effective manner (1995, 2006, 2008).

Developing an excellent professional team, who enjoy working within a culture that provides them with professional challenges and a rewarding environment.

Gaining and retaining a high quality professional reputation over 28 years.

The Company has always operated from Gosford. Its current premises have been occupied for over 19 years. Additional space at the same site, allowing for expansion, has been acquired.
