Client FTP - Transfer of Files

Please follow the procedures below to send your files electronically to Robson Chartered Accountants.

1. Open Internet Explorer.
    
2. Go to ftp://210.23.149.175
   
   
    
3. To view the above page you will need to:
   - Click Page
   - Then click Open FTP Site in Windows Explorer.
   
   
    
4. A login box will appear.
   
   
   
   - Username: Contact Robson for your Username
   - Password: Contact Robson for your Password
   
    
5. The following window will appear.
   
   
   
    

   - Open the RCG Client Files folder
   - Paste your file into this folder.

    

   The staff member at Robson Consulting Group should now retrieve the file in the same manner and save to the appropriate place on the server.
