Troy Marchant is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a “home grown” product of the Central Coast.
He began his career with Robson Partners in 1992 learning the issues Small Business face from the “ground up”, before transferring to London and merging his career into Investment Banking & Financial Markets.
During this time, Troy gained valuable corporate experience in Project Management, Business Development and Profit Improvement. Secondment to Germany and New York increased his exposure to International business, which led to roles in Sydney that focussed on Systems & Process Improvement.
Something Personal
Troy’s passion for travel didn’t stop with career moves. As an outgoing “people person”, Troy travelled to over 60 countries across all 7 continents immersing himself in local cultures, with the highlight being a 4 week trip to Antarctica. An amateur climber, Troy has ascended 4 out of the worlds 7 summits and says, “Business is a lot like climbing. You need to be determined and disciplined, but most of all, you need to break it down into small chunks that you can focus on one at a time”.
He has returned to the Central Coast passionate and committed to assisting local Small Businesses realise their potential and to pass on his global business experience & knowledge. “Sometimes in life we go full circle to truly understand what is important to us. For me it’s the Central Coast and the businesses that make it up. Very simply, 10X Business Coaching is about helping people and that is what we love doing.”
